One Wiibe is an event-technology studio from Kerala, India. We build interactive games, AI photobooths, and physical-digital experiences for the exact moment guests pull out their phones — not to scroll, but to capture.
We started One Wiibe with a single observation — event guests don't want to sit still. They want to play, compete, laugh, film, share. They want to walk away with something they made.
Every piece of hardware, every line of code, every animation in our installations is built in our Kerala studio. We don't re-skin off-the-shelf kits and we don't license templates — the cubes, podiums, photobooths, sensor walls, and games on this site are all things we designed, fabricated, programmed, and tested in-house.
That control over the stack is what lets us shape an experience around your brand instead of the other way around.
Make your guests feel something they'll remember on Monday. Whether that's the rush of beating a colleague's reaction time, the laugh of seeing themselves rendered as a Renaissance portrait, or the satisfaction of guiding a marble through a wooden labyrinth — the goal is the same.
If a banner could have done it, we wouldn't be there. Our job starts where the banner ends.
A very specific way to engineer memories no banner, no DJ, and no standard photobooth can replicate. — One Wiibe Studio
Every installation is custom hardware paired with custom software. No re-skinned arcade kits, no white-labelled photobooths. If we put it on a brief, we built it.
Logos on banners get photographed by nobody. Logos inside the game your guest is competing in get photographed by everybody. We design for the second one.
Dedicated technicians run every activation — calibrating, restarting, capturing, troubleshooting. You won't be left next to a glitching screen at 8pm.
Output is always delivered to guests' phones — the AI-styled portrait, the slow-motion 360 spin, the leaderboard screenshot. Your brand travels for free, long after the lights go off.
Three engineers and one designer leave their day jobs after watching too many event guests scroll their phones during keynotes. The thesis: events should be played, not attended.
The Digital Cube ships — six faces, six brand stories, no menus. It becomes the studio's signature piece and travels to ten cities in its first year.
DSLR-quality photography fused with real-time AI style transfer. Anime, Renaissance, Y2K presets. Guests post the result before they leave the booth.
The catalogue is restructured into Event Tech, Interactive Games, Photobooths and Wooden Games — each a self-contained menu that pairs hardware, software and an onsite operating team.
You're looking at it. Pick a universe, tell us about your event, and we'll bring the right mix to your stage, lobby or lawn.
We design, fabricate and code from our base in Kerala — then ship and operate installations across India and beyond. If your event is reachable, we're reachable.
Most engagements start with a 20-minute discovery call. You tell us about the event, the audience, the room, and the brand. We'll suggest the universe mix that fits.
From there we lock the dates, ship the kit, send the operating team, and own the experience start to finish — including the moment your guests post about it.
Tell us about your event. We'll come back with the universe mix and an actual quote — not a brochure.
